I purchased my first Grand Seiko from Stephanie and Vincent - it was a truly exceptional experience. Vincent was very responsive, and genuinely helped me to get my dream watch. Stephanie at Haymarket was amazing and so patient, helping me make my decision when presented with some many beautiful options. I had a really good experience buying a Seiko from Wamada Jewellery. The staff were easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions without rushing me. What I really appreciated was that they treated me with respect and never made me feel uncomfortable for asking lots of questions. Some watch stores can feel intimidating, but that wasn’t the case here at all. The whole process felt relaxed and honest. Would definitely recommend Wamada if you’re looking for a Seiko and want straightforward, respectful service.

We purchased the Frederique Constant Classics Elegance Luna Moonphase MOP on Blue Leather Strap from Wamada and found dealing with them to be incredibly easy. They were very accommodating when we asked if they could send some extra photos of the watch, since we’re in Melbourne and they’re based in Sydney. Vincent, who we dealt with, could not have been more responsive or helpful. The watch was delivered in record time, packaged extremely well, and the whole experience was very positive. My wife is absolutely over the moon with this watch. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Wamada — especially through Vincent. If you need time, they’ve got the timepiece.

My wife and I are the happy owner of two new Mido Watches. I appreciate the service Vincent gave me on the deal and making sure I got the watches quickly! I emailed through a little after 5 PM on a Friday and exactly a week later, I received the watches. The watches were absolutely excellent and arrived in perfect condition.
